From a Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ) Japanese acupressure perspective every issue undermining your well-being originates from an inhale, exhale, or inhale-exhale combination root cause.  The past couple days I sorted through one of my bookcases, deciding what to let go in order to make room for fresh energy, stories, and ideas.  My books feel like friends, wise traveling companions through life, so I struggle to cull them.  I employ various strategies: muscle testing, asking myself whether I’d take the book with me if I moved out of the country, and checking to see if the local library carries a copy I could access if I felt I must.  With my precious books I need to exhale, to release in order to receive.

Sometimes we accumulate because of overly permeable boundaries.  An Akashic Records client reported accumulating items to the point she felt uncomfortable in her house.  She struggled to let go, even when the stuff didn’t mean much to her personally.  The records reflected a problem not applying her discernment and preferences around inherited items.  She needed to examine her energetic responsibilities to the donors, to find a way to honor their memory without compromising her own health and well-being overfilling her home with their discarded material possessions.

Exhaling inherently means releasing and all the JSJ Safety Energy Locks (SELs) on the front of your body support exhaling.  SEL 1, also known as “The Prime Mover,” specifically targets letting go, assisting with both your inhale and exhale.  The Bladder Organ Function self-help harmonizes the full spectrum from hoarding to a sense of lack, of not getting enough.  It also releases heavy thoughts and back pain, lightening burdens of all sorts.  I suggest holding self-helps for thirty-six out-breaths and in-breaths or until you feel “done.”

What would you like to release to allow receiving?  Where in the life cycle of an item (inviting it, making good use of it, letting it go) do challenges arise?

Speaking of receiving, may you all have a vibrant and re-energizing new year!  I appreciate your kind interest in my work and my blog posts.  I look forward to spending another year inviting greater harmony and health with you.  Happy New Year!

About three weeks ago, my 56-year-old physically fit husband experienced paralysis of his right side following a stroke. Today it's like his stroke never happened.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a typical Energy Quartet session go?

We open with a 45 minute or so Akashic Records consultation. The revealed themes, patterns, and disharmonies drive the table work in conjunction with your "pulses," body reading, and my intuitive insights. A follow-up e-mail documents what occurs during the energy work and includes customized self-helps.

What should I wear to receive table work?

In this work, you remain fully clothed. Just wear whatever will feel comfortable while lying on my massage table. If it's a remote session, I'll ask you to rest while I send energy.

How do I prepare for a session?

Please consider the personal or interpersonal disharmony that led you to me and how you would like it to shift. During the session, we'll explore and address the origins and drivers of each "project."

Are the Akashic Records predictive?

No, the records aren’t a good resource for predictions. If there’s something you hope will happen, the records might reveal a series of necessary steps to reach your desired outcome but not the timing. For predictions, please consult a good psychic or astrologer!

Why can't children receive Akashic Records consultations?

Minors are under their parents' legal and energetic jurisdiction until they are 18, regardless of their maturity level.

NEED HELP CHOOSING A SESSION?

The greatest benefit occurs when I incorporate all four modalities I practice. The option without the Akashic Records is appropriate for children under 18 who cannot receive readings. A stand-alone reading can bring insight and healing but does not involve my direct interaction with your energetic and physical bodies like my other practices.

Do you record Akashic Records consultations?

No, but you are welcome to record sessions yourself.

Why do self-helps?

Self-helps, both from Jin Shin Jyutsu and the Embodied Energy System, support your continued harmony, accelerate your evolution, and empower you. Plus they make you sparkly!
