The resources listed below were pivotal catalysts on my journey. My focus was personal development, not psychic development.
My personal journey began with psychotherapy and during that time I began extensive journal writing. Kathleen Adams' book The Journal to the Self, the self-exploration method called Proprioceptive Writing, and the morning pages from The Artists' Way process propelled me deeper and farther.

Stress defusions shifted my head-centered existence with the beginnings of body trust. I experienced muscle testing, a method for gathering real time information about yourself and the world, as well as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) during the stress defusions. I recommend learning both muscle testing and EFT from a practitioner. The links below give a flavor for the methods.

I began meditating in early 2007 and find it essential. Meditation is often recommended for psychic development and likely contributed to my spontaneous manifestation of healing.
